Grilled-Mediterranean-Chicken

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
